Seafarer Licenses

Introduction

• • We provide Panamanian Licenses and Endorsemnets for all seafarers working on board of Panamanian Flag Vessels.
  • The Provisional Certificates (CTs) are valid for 3 months, time enough to receive the Seaman´s Book document.

• • We are able to receive your applications by email.
  • All documents should be sent in PDF format.
  • All documents should not exceed 2MB in size.

  • To apply for technical documentation for seafarers, the following form must be filled out.
    F-76 Request for Technical Documentation from Seafarers
  • To apply for promotion to the next higher position of a Deck or Engine Room Officer, please complete the following form.
