La Embajadora de Panamá en la India S.E. Yasiel Burillo fue invitada Especial de Honor al evento ATPI- Marex Global Shipmanning & Trainning Summit India 2023, en el cual participaron altas personalidades del mundo marítimo. En su discurso, la Embajadora recalcó la importancia de los marinos indios para nuestro registro junto con las ventajas que ofrece la bandera. Aprovechó la ocasión para resaltar la labor del nuevo Secretario de la OMI de nacionalidad panameña y el positivo plan de acción del Canal de Panamá en la reducción de barcos que transitan por el mismo.

H.E. Yasiel Burillo, the Ambassador of Panama to India was a Special Guest of Honour at the ATPI- Marex Global Shipmanning & Training Summit India 2023 event, in which high-ranking personalities from the maritime world participated. In her speech, the Ambassador stressed the importance of Indian seafarers for our Ship Registry along with the advantages that the flag offers. In addition, she took advantage of the occasion to highlight the work of the new IMO Secretary of Panamanian nationality and the positive action plan of the Panama Canal in reducing the number of ships that transit through it.
