hacia la automatizaci\u00f3n y la eficiencia en menos de una semana.<\/p>\n<p>En un movimiento de gran calado para la industria mar\u00edtima global, la Autoridad Mar\u00edtima de Panam\u00e1 (AMP) ha marcado un antes y un despu\u00e9s en la gesti\u00f3n de sus servicios con la puesta en marcha de la primera fase de su ambicioso Registro Electr\u00f3nico de Naves (REN).<\/p>\n<p>Panam\u00e1, reconocida por ofrecer al mundo dos servicios registrales vitales \u2013el abanderamiento de naves a trav\u00e9s de la Direcci\u00f3n General de Marina Mercante (DGMM) y el Registro P\u00fablico de Propiedad de Naves de Panam\u00e1 (DGRPN) que gestiona la documentaci\u00f3n y certificaci\u00f3n de t\u00edtulos, hipotecas y grav\u00e1menes navales \u2013 da un paso firme hacia el futuro. La implementaci\u00f3n de un innovador sistema de atenci\u00f3n al usuario, respaldado por especialistas altamente capacitados, constituye la piedra angular de esta estrategia.<\/p>\n<p>Marta Aparicio, directora general del DGRPN, enfatiza la urgencia y la visi\u00f3n que impulsan esta iniciativa: &#8220;No podemos someter a nuestros usuarios a burocracia innecesaria. Aspiramos a la excelencia integral, no sectorizada, por lo cual debemos colocarnos a la par, e incluso superar a nuestros competidores. El trabajo es arduo y complejo, pero impostergable&#8221;. En este contexto, el REN emerge como una respuesta a las demandas del siglo XXI, facilitando una conexi\u00f3n en tiempo real con los actores del sector mar\u00edtimo a nivel global.<\/p>\n<p><b>Una respuesta apremiante<\/b><\/p>\n<p>El REN ha avanzado a trav\u00e9s de rigurosas pruebas y adaptaciones. Este proceso continuo asegura que el sistema incorpore las necesidades del sector y ofrezca funcionalidades decisivas para una operatividad eficiente. Las sesiones de retroalimentaci\u00f3n con los desarrolladores garantizan que el dise\u00f1o final se ajuste a la realidad operativa de los usuarios.<\/p>\n<p>Uno de los objetivos primordiales del REN es la unificaci\u00f3n de los sistemas de gesti\u00f3n de la DGMM y la DGRPN. marcado un antes y un despu\u00e9s en la gesti\u00f3n de sus servicios con la puesta en marcha de la primera fase de su ambicioso Registro Electr\u00f3nico de Naves (REN).<\/p>\n<p>Panam\u00e1, reconocida por ofrecer al mundo dos servicios registrales vitales \u2013el abanderamiento de naves a trav\u00e9s de la Direcci\u00f3n General de Marina Mercante (DGMM) y el Registro P\u00fablico de Propiedad de Naves de Panam\u00e1 (DGRPN) que gestiona la documentaci\u00f3n y certificaci\u00f3n de t\u00edtulos, hipotecas y grav\u00e1menes navales \u2013 da un paso firme hacia el futuro. La implementaci\u00f3n de un innovador sistema de atenci\u00f3n al usuario, respaldado por especialistas altamente capacitados, constituye la piedra angular de esta estrategia.<\/p>\n<p>Marta Aparicio, directora general del DGRPN, enfatiza la urgencia y la visi\u00f3n que impulsan esta iniciativa: &#8220;No podemos someter a nuestros usuarios a burocracia innecesaria. Este proceso continuo asegura que el sistema incorpore las necesidades del sector y ofrezca funcionalidades decisivas para una operatividad eficiente.
